I ordered this mattress because it’s rare to find a soft firmness. I have back issues due to fracturing my spine in two places a few years ago and bulging disks. Joint problems due to nerve damage in my back and fybromyalgia, so it’s important for me to find something comfortable. The mattress isn’t soft sadly, it’s medium in fact I find it a bit firm. It’s not cloud like. I’m a side and back sleeper and on my side it’s the most uncomfortable. It’s a very good quality mattress and I think that for those who like a firmer mattress and don’t have such specific needs as me would really like it. It is very heavy two men struggled lifting it up the stairs. I can see that it would last a long time because it’s very well made. I’m just gutted that it’s not soft as advertised. Due to this I’m returning it, I’m waking up in more pain than usual. The other thing I’ve noted is that I can feel my husband moving around, it’s got a slight bounce to it when you turn. I hope this is helpful to others. I read the reviews which were all positive so it’s probably personal preference. I wanted a cloud like feel so that my joints and back had no pressure, soft but supportive so that my spine would be aligned and so that my shoulder didn’t feel like it was being crushed, enough sinkage so that it moulded to my shape It didn’t meet that criteria.

I was very nervous about buying a new mattress that I couldn’t test first. My last mattress was a top of the range orthopaedic one, this time I couldn’t afford to spend so much. I struggle with quite a few health issues including fibromyalgia, so wanted comfort as my top priority. This one is so comfortable. Feels supportive but moulds to my body like a big gentle hug in a cloud. I thoroughly recommend it for anyone with a similar condition or painful aches and pains, I’ve not slept so well in years.

Success we got this mattress my husband has slept through the night without waking. It as soft as clouds but supports your body in such a way that I no longer feel achy when I wake.

After the 3rd attempt to buying a matress in the past 4 months this is the one , amazing comfy and great value for the money delivery was quick and good , all round great service

Bought this mattress for our guest room, and definitely worth the money. My husband’s daughter was staying with us and said it was Really comfortable. Obviously we haven’t used it as it’s a 4ft 6inch mattress.
