These are a slightly heavier shoe than your usual speed shoe for obvious reasons. I have the light pink colourway which is lovely for spring! I personally like to size up one size in all my running shoes.

I wore the GEL-KAYANO 31's for my marathon training and race last year as I overpronate and was looking for a supportive shoe. The 32's are a premium stability shoe which much of the same feel, that provide me with strong support to go the distance. The 4D Guidance System helps to guide my foot through a more efficient stride, the 32's feel slightly lighter in weight with a smoother, more balanced feel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gel-Kayano’s have always been my favourite shoe. I’ve been wearing them since 2005 for running and training. When the 30’s came out I fell in love all over again! They were lighter and great for long distance training, Sadly 32 they changed the shape. They’re now very narrow at the toe box and look narrow. As much as I love them, I don’t like the new shape. I will continue to use them for running and training - as they still are the best running shoe for stability runners.
