Mini Fuet is a dry‑cured pork sausage seasoned with warming white pepper and crafted using traditional methods. These bite‑sized sausages are made in Catalonia by a fourth‑generation, family‑run Spanish charcutier, staying true to the authentic Catalan fuet recipe.
Rich and savoury with a gently tangy, well‑rounded flavour developed through careful curing, Mini Fuet is perfect for easy grazing or building a charcuterie board. Enjoy simply sliced or paired with olive oil, crusty bread and a glass of red such as our Classics Red Burgundy Pinot Noir.
