I Recently bought and returned 2 packs of gents slips because the elastic was weak. The above items, (5 Pack Essential Cotton Briefs) have the same fault, but I feel can't keep on returning, so they'll go in the bin! You've heard it before - the quality of so many M&S items just keeps on declining.

Great price, 100% cotton, good fit. I went down a size as I wanted a closer fit while lifting at the gym, The rise is perfect for me. I tried the high rise items on the website but they were way too high. Would welcome some more variation in colours maybe cherry red or bright green. Ideally M&S would also do some fun retro colours in this range e.g. baby blue with navy contrasting trim or vice versa. I appreciate this would make them more expensive to produce but personally I would settle for a four pack for a bit more colour choice.

I bought these online as they are the style that has fitted me best for years. The ones offered in the store, but still referred to as briefs are completely different and are an uncomfortable style. I showed the pack to the sales assistant but he had no idea why two different types are offered and the ones j wanted are not available in the Salisbury store. Why not?
