How to Use: After shampooing your hair, squeeze out a grape-sized amount of conditioner and work into your hands ahead of applying to hair.

Work through mid-lengths to ends, and then up to roots.

Leave to sit for 2 minutes and rinse thoroughly with cool water.

Yes, I recommend this
Good lightweight conditioner so doesn’t way down my fine hair. Works well with the shampoo and only need to use a very small amount for short fine hair.
