How to Use: After shampooing your hair, squeeze out a grape-sized amount of conditioner and work into your hands ahead of applying to hair.

Work through mid-lengths to ends, and then up to roots.

Leave to sit for 2 minutes and rinse thoroughly with cool water.

Yes, I recommend this
I have only given this conditioner 4 stars as I am saving it for travel,as it is a small one.I have no doubt it will be fine as I have other products in this range.
