It does indeed work. The only sleep spray worth buying. Don't waste your money on cheaper products!

Was very small and not what I was expecting but that’s my fault for not reading the sizing.

I bought this for my son who loved it. We bought the small one first to try. The smell is lovely and does last through the night.

I tried this after months of broken sleep thinking it is worth trying without buying a larger bottle unfortunately I didn’t think my dog would get more benefit out of it than I did first night she rolled over the pillow I sprayed it on the second night she threw it about the bedroom so maybe if you don’t have a dog and are struggling to sleep it’s a worth a try before buying a bigger bottle.

Really good product but won’t purchase from M&S again due to their continued selling of alpaca wool - watch PETA footage - this isn’t just cruelty this is M&S cruelty……

Great for travel size and it’s a plastic bottle. I’m taking to Glastonbury which doesn’t allow glass, like many festivals nowadays. Great to have a little luxury of spraying my pillow before bedtime after a long day. I’m in my 30s, these things are necessary!

I have not slept well for many years, so decided to try this to see if would help me. I find that it helps for the odd night, but obviously not long term help.

I’ve tried many a sleep aid. From prescribed pills to herbal teas and this works better than all of them!

Has a light fragrance that was short lived, I did not benefit from using this product. Despite reading other reviews I still thought I would give it a try, Glad I only purchased 5ml.

I didn't like it so glad bought the small sample size. I actually had to go and change my pillow in the night as smell made me feel quite sick and, I like lavender! Didnt work for me i'm afraid.

I bought this as a ‘makeweight’ so that I could purchase the beauty bag. I love the product anyway and thought this size would be handy to use during an overnight stay away from home. If you don’t know this product it’s important to try before you buy as you may not like the fragrance but I love it!

Bought this for my daughter who says it’s lovely and helps her relax and she slept well I also bought it for my other daughter, she said it didn’t help with her sleep but smelt lovely
