This bag is super smart with a large inner capacity and it’s a lovely mushroom colour. I bought it in readiness for a short holiday and deliberately chose it as it has a fastening which cannot be opened too easily by a thief. The outer opening is though too fiddly for day to day use and the outer fabric indents and marks very easily. There are but enough pockets inside other than one side pocket. I was tempted to return this item but chose to keep it for my trip away

Good size backpack and I like the material. It would have got 5 *; however, as other reviewers have mentioned the clasp is so difficult to open. Its very fiddly to get it in the right position to undo/lock as it keeps spinning round when trying to do this . Quite annoying if you want to get into the backpack quickly . Would also have liked a bigger internal pocket or a zipped one on the back for keys , phone etc, as It can be dificult to locate things in the bottom of the main compartments when carrying my laptop and work stuff too . That said, its stylish , smart and waterproof so I can forgive the little niggles.

I was really looking forward to getting this bag. It looks stylish, the material is lovely, it is spacious and has convenient side pockets. Unfortunately I had only had it for a few hours when the lobster clasp fastening broke. I did not return it as I suspect a replacement would suffer the same fate. It is a very fiddly and flimsy way of fastening a bag. (Using my jewellery making expertise I have managed to make a more robust fastening so that I can continue to use the bag.)

I really like the design and material of the bag. There’s a laptop pocket and an internal drinks pocket and plenty of space for everything else. The clip on the front is really easy to use and the bag has internal poppers to allow for more room or less.
