The belts arrived very quickly and I was kept informed all the way through. The belts are made of leather, not bonded leather, so should last a lot longer. They are very smart and I wear them with both my casual trousers and with my suit. Well worth what I paid for them.

Unintentionally fell foul of the 5 day pickup time limit, which is very strict. I did get the reminder email but couln't get to M&S that day. Allowing a little more time for customers would be helpful

Small fitting medium is more like a small. Will have to return but it’s a gift! And no receipt received in package so going to be an issue!
