No, I don't recommend this
I bought these to use for walking on a 3 week holiday in the sun. Unfortunately the material is far too hard and all the straps doubled over rubs and I ended up with bleeding toes and red ankle and heel. The adjustable straps didn't help in my case and for the price I paid I am very disappointed to say I got to wear them once and probably won't wear them again.
