It’s really important that you collect your food order from store on the arranged date. As food orders are perishable, we don’t keep them until the next day, if you don’t collect it on your chosen date we won’t be able to refund you.

Sandwiches were good, just as expected from M&S, however I don’t recommend using the catering or ordering anything online if you need to provide a VAT receipt for company expense claims. It typically takes 2-3 weeks for a VAT receipt to come through, however if like in mine case, the store doesn’t mark your order as collected for until two weeks after it was, it could take you five weeks after a payment date to receive the VAT receipt…
