Not up to previous model!!
No, I don't recommend this
We first bought from the Maxim range many years ago. Each product we have bought as replacement since have been poorer in one way or another. The original teapot we had felt more solid, was larger and had a secure lid. In only two weeks I have managed to chip two mugs when the new teapot lid fell out. It is not just a bit small, it is totally unsafe.
