Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Disappointing quality of Tulip flowers. They were dry and droopy on arrival and didn’t really perk up after watering. They then died after a few days.

Bought these as an Easter gift - they arrived in bud and opened on day one - the colour of which was red with an orange tip and not as ordered. The longevity was also poor - only a few days.
