This is a lovely pure silk shirt, the sort of silk that is soft, matte and flatteringly drapy. I think it will wash well, and it's a flattering shape and true to size. I bought it to wear tucked into high waisted full leg trousers. I like the deep cuff (which doesn't fall over the hand annoyingly as I feared it might)

As titled, it's a very classy silk shirt. Sadly unavailable in the brown, but the black is also good. I'd originally ordered size 12s, but felt for me, it wasn’t as comfortable as I'd have liked - though they looked great. Also it's washable.

You can’t go wrong with a silk shirt for smart or casual wear. I already have a version of this in black, navy and blue from previous M&S seasons and find the quality and style reliable so I had to buy the raisin colour which is a beautiful, rich brown with a suggestion of deep purple to it. Size wise, my usual M&S blouse/shirt size fits well. At 5’3, it falls to 1-2 inches below hip level on me. The sleeves are a tiny bit long but acceptable.

I am delighted with the silk shirt, which I bought in the 'Raisin' colourway. Beautiful dark oxblood-purple. A friend of mine admired it and now has one too. More colours, please, such as navy blue would be great. The quality is excellent and so reasonably priced. I sized up to get a nice loose fit.
