This does exactly what it says! Have one or two Spanx garments in a medium. I am generally a size 14/16. Originally purchased this in medium but could hardly pull it on! Exchanged for the large and this is fine. It is a neat fit but certainly holds you in, in the right places, and gives a nice slimming look under a dress. As an aside I feel I need to mention that I have seen comments on Spanx garments where people have said they cannot get the item over their head!! This type of item you step into and pull up. So much easier, believe me.
