nice jacket - misleading though

the jacket itself is nice, but beware not overly warm. the photo is misleading, as looks like it has a nice stone-coloured lining, but actually, thats whatever the model is wearing under the jacket! the returns process is taking far too long too - sent one that was too big back, now 6 working days later and had an email to say "warehouse processing taking longer than usual" - so the refund hasnt even processed yet and when it does itll be another 5 days
